TERMS OF USE OF THE KIRMAN LOYALTY PROGRAM

The Kirman Loyalty bonus program is designed specially for employees of travel agencies. The agent earns bonus points that can be used for his free stay at Kirman Hotels by booking on the official website www.kirmanhotels.com or through the Tour Operator.

How to become a member of Kirman Loyalty program?

In order to become a member of the loyalty program, you need to register on the website www.kirmanhotels.com.

Terms of use of Kirman Loyalty:

·       Each manager/director of the agency can create a personal account only for himself.

·       One travel agency can have only one Kirman Loyalty account.

·       If a member has multiple accounts - duplicate accounts and points will be deleted. The account that was created earlier than the others will be considered as a valid account.

·       Only active travel agents (owners or officially employed) can participate in Kirman Loyalty. We may request supporting documents. If data is not provided  the member and his bonus points may be removed from the program.

·       By participating in the Kirman Loyalty Program, the travel agent agrees that he can make only those reservations that he made personally. Otherwise, we have the right to exclude the travel agent from the program or cancel the points.

·       Reservations of tour booking centres or representatives of booking centres and any consolidation companies are not valid and will be cancelled.

·       There is no possibility to transfer points from one account to another. Even if the accounts belong to one person, we cannot transfer points.

·       Users can specify personal mail while registering.

 

How to earn bonus points?

·       You earn points by booking Kirman Hotels through a tour operator, making reservations on the official website of a chain of hotels or through online booking sites.

·       For points, please make your reservations to your personal account on the www.kirmanloyalty.com page. After checking your booking and check-out of guests by us, your bookings and points will be confirmed.

·       Points are awarded based on the selected hotel, room type, period of stay, number of nights and number of guests.

·       The Manager/Director can enter into his account only his reservations and only within the first 3 working days after making the reservation. Reservations made after arrival or during the stay of guests will not be counted.

·       The booking list and the amount of accumulated points users can track in their personal account.

 

How to spend earned points?

·       You can use your earned points only for your stay at Kirman Hotels.

·       In order to start using points, you need to make a request for accommodation in your personal account.

·       After the request is retained, the Reservation Department reviews the request for free accommodation based on the hotel’s occupancy rate for the requested period.

·       The period of validity of points is not limited.

 

* As soon as you sign up for the program you will start to receive emails about Kirman Hotels updates. If you do not want to receive emails, all you need to do is to inform nuriia.albanova@kirmanhotels.com.tr about your preferences.

* The Kirman Hotels Network retains the right to change or cancel the agency loyalty program content without additional notice: services, rules of receiving or using bonus points.

* In case of non-compliance with the terms of the loyalty program, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the user’s personal account.
